Hello! In order for glenthemes to help you with your theme question, they will need your current theme code in full so they can install it themselves and find out the issue!

If you are asking about a paid theme or paid page, please DM glenthemes privately!

What is dpaste? dpaste is a code and text pasting tool that has an in-built anti-spam filtering system, which allows users to paste content meant for temporary references or in this case, coding help, all without needing to set up an account.

There are many places you can share your code; prior to June 2025, pastery.net was the easiest, but (most likely) due to spam and misuse, it now requires an account, so I’m recommending dpaste.com instead for quicker & easier pasting.

If you cannot access dpaste, here are some alternatives: linktr.ee/pastebin.alt.

  1. Go to your theme’s theme code, which can be accessed under “Edit HTML”:

  2. This will bring you to the code editor. Select All (Ctrl+A for Windows, CMD+A for Mac) and Copy. (If you are using Carrd, just copy your full embed code.)

  3. Go to dpaste.com, paste your copied code into the big box, scroll down, then click “Create”:

  4. Your paste is now created! Copy the link in the address bar:

  5. Paste the URL into #theme-help or #open-questions of the Discord server (or DMs) depending on where you’re asking your question! ☺️
